Position: Events Coordinator

The Qatar Motor Motorcycle Federation (QMMF) is a leading organization in the world of motorsports, dedicated to promoting and developing motorcycle racing in Qatar and the region. We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Events Coordinators for future opportunities.

As an Events Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning, organization, and execution of various events organized by QMMF. This includes but is not limited to motorcycle races, exhibitions, conferences, and other special events. You will work closely with the Events Manager and other team members to ensure the success of each event.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of all aspects of events, including venue selection, budget management, vendor coordination, and logistics.

- Develop event timelines and schedules, and ensure all tasks are completed on time.

- Liaise with sponsors, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

- Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and attract attendees.

- Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place.

- Manage event registration, ticketing, and attendee lists.

- Provide on-site support during events, including managing volunteers and addressing any issues that may arise.

- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance event planning and execution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in event planning and coordination.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Knowledge of motorsports and passion for the industry is preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
